Admission Process

Our admission process is designed to ensure transparency, comfort, and the best possible placement for every child. The following steps outline how families can apply for admission:

STEP 1

Schedule an Appointment

Parents are requested to schedule an appointment with the school’s admissions office. This can be done through a phone call or email.

STEP 2

School Tour & Parent Interaction

Once the appointment is scheduled, parents are invited to visit the school for a guided tour. This provides an opportunity to explore the campus, meet the team, and understand our teaching philosophy, curriculum, and facilities.

STEP 3

Child Interaction and Assessment

After the tour, the child will undergo an age-appropriate interaction and assessment to help us understand their learning level, interests, and readiness for the grade applied for.

STEP 4

Admission
Decision

Based on the child’s assessment results and seat availability, the school will communicate the admission decision within 24 hours (subject to the grade for which admission is sought)

– For Relocating / International Students –

Admission Process for International / Relocating Students

We understand that families relocating from other countries or regions may not be able to visit the campus in person. To ensure a seamless admission experience, we offer a fully virtual process tailored to the needs of international applicants.

STEP 1

Virtual Meeting & Interaction

Parents can schedule a virtual meeting with the school’s admissions team through phone or email. During this interaction, our team will provide an overview of the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission requirements, while addressing any specific queries related to relocation or grade placement.

STEP 2

Virtual Interaction and Assessment of the Child

Following the initial interaction, a virtual interaction and assessment will be conducted for the child. This assessment helps us understand the child’s academic level, learning style, and readiness for the grade applied for.

STEP 3

Admission
Decision

Based on the outcome of the assessment and seat availability, the admission decision will be communicated via email within 24 hours.

Birth Certificate

Immunization/ Vaccination card

Aadhar Cards for the Child and both the Parents

Physical Passport Pictures of both the Parents- (2 each) & 4 Physical Passport Pictures of the Child

Aadhar Cards for the Child and both the Parents

Residence Proof (if it's not the same as Aadhar Card)

Report Cards for the previous 2 grades

Original Transfer Certificate (TC once it's issued)

For grade X and XII- registration form of previous school
