The Why Company

The Y Company is the in-house training and professional learning cell at The Shri Ram Hyderabad Schools, dedicated to nurturing growth, leadership, and excellence among all staff members. Its flagship programmes — LEAP (Leadership Excellence & Advancement Programme) for the administration team and CLDP (Carex Leadership Development Programme) for educators — are thoughtfully designed to build leadership capacity, strengthen collaboration, and inspire innovation across all levels, including the Senior Leadership Team. In addition, The Y Company organises workshops and sessions on values, school protocols, and other key focus areas identified by individual departments. Together, these initiatives ensure that professional growth at TSRA is continuous, purposeful, and aligned with our shared vision of transformative education.

SAIBSA Job Alike Sessions

As part of our ongoing commitment to professional growth, educators at The Shri Ram Academy actively participate in SAIBSA Job-Alike Sessions — collaborative forums that bring together IB educators from across schools to share best practices, exchange ideas, and explore innovative teaching strategies.
